Merel GThe boat ride was fine, but the company was nowhere to be found. In the harbour we were sent 6 different places and nobody knew were it was. I think we were looking for 45 minutes. It was chaos. Eventually is was in a backyard somewhere behind Axe Stone.

Lauren DWe boarded a bit later than expected but it’s bali and everyone’s relaxed. Very well organised, not too stuffy especially if you sit near the front of the boat or next to a window. Not much leg room though.

Yenzully Was very easy to get ticket. On arrival they scan your ticket give you a boarding ticket . They take the loggage and you can wait at a coffe shop. After you walk with the whole group to the boarding building.
Small seat only thing the fan on the ferry where not working .

Susan LAsking us to arrive an hour earlier for a boat that runs an hour later is not a good way to spend our time. No communication about what was going on and office for check in not easy to find.
