Overall a very good service with hotel transfer included on arrival to destination. Top tip for anyone taking this service. Be mindful of departure and arrival ferry delays. Do not book tight connections has you’ll probably miss them. We departed 35mins late and arrived one hour late.

Stunning places to visit and swim, the hot springs are really warm and the emerald pool is stunning clear and refreshing. The white temple is ok, but would have preferred the day end after the emerald pool and hot springs. Our guide AB and the drivers name who I forget were also really helpful and watch over your belonging while you swim

Driver was on time and it was a plea sent drive. We also left a bag with valuable items in the car and we were able to contact Grab and the driver contacted us to return the items. Excellent service by Grab and the driver.

Easy to find and board. However when you're looking at times be aware that the first stop is 2hours away not the last stop. If there are people on board going to resort islands a very well stop and wait for another boat to come and get them.
