We showed our booking on 12go, and they gave us the ticket. We could immediately take a seat even though we arrived 30 minutes before departure. We departed on time, and everything went smoothly. Gabriele Overall good, however the e-Ticket from the Mail Hand to be Chancen to a paper Ticket at the pier weich was not indicated in the mail- a little bit confusing for me
At Ao Nang we had to go into a longtail boat instead of going to the pier die to very low tide. The longtail was very very full with people and luggage- scary for me!
