The driver made a dangerous turn in the driveway that could end up really bad. Also, when he stops always was over the other cars and we were sliding of our chairs even with the seatbelts on. The car seems to have some issue becaus he was stppping and checking the motor few times. I was a bit scared and dizzy because of the temerary drive.
Worked out well for us from Yerevan to Tbilisi. We booked online and showed up like 25 minutes early. Showing up so early is unnecessary as we just sat in the waiting room.
The bus left about 30 minutes late, seemed like some passengers were late.
The van itself was very nice. The seats for comfortable and the wifi actually worked well. The AC was in but it was still a little hot at times. The driver eventually opened the roof vent and that cooled things off.
The driver did not speak English but there were a few people on board who helped translate so it was fine.
We stopped for one restroom break at a supermarket and there are bathrooms on the Georgia side of the border crossing as well.
Overall, I would use this company again as they got the job done!
The driver had to change the breaks because they were worn out. That’s totally unsafe to be on a vehicle on highway which is mostly mountains with no breaks.
First thing was that the support was horrible. I tried contacting people over the phone and WhatsApp messaging, but almost impossible to reach
1. The bus came late. It was a 10:00 departure, but we left at 11:00, so there was a 1-hour delay. That was not supposed to be happening, but it happened.
2. In between the breaks, the break was supposed to be 50 minutes, according to what the driver said, but he himself took more than 35, 40 minutes. Overall, there were two breaks. He took two breaks, and both were more than half an hour, 45 minutes. It got added.
3. Immigration was at both the Armenia and Georgia borders. That was a known thing, understood and understandable that it would happen. These were avoidable breaks. They could not have been so long. That was there.
The bus quality was good, and the bus was comfortable. However, Wi-Fi was not working. Many times, people have requested Wi-Fi, but it was said it would work, but it did not work. There was no Wi-Fi. The ID and the password, whatever was there, did not exist. I don't know what the issue was. People are really pissed off with this thing.
Small car provide instead of Van. Uncomfortable middle seat in back. No stoppage for lunch. Driver was very rude... unable to understand English. Only communicate with Armenia and russian tourist. Waste of money. Pathetic experience
