The bus itself was comfortable. I was surprised by meal, was not expecting it at all!
The floor in the toilet room was wet, but maybe it was just some random incident. The station is not clear also, I think it needs some improvement

Awesome Transport. From hotel in Hurghada to Kairo Hotel in 5,5 h. Driver helped us find our Hotel in busy Kairo.
Driver came early and waited for us and the Support Team was always available.
Would recommend!
Was a smooth ride, except we got a different car then the one we reserved. not as big or comfortable as the Van we were supposed to get.
They told us that we didn't respond fast enough as they contacted us the night before to make arrangements. They need to give people more time then calling the night before and then saying that we tried contacting you, and you didn't rexpond so we have a smaller car for you. Not how you do business.
The arrival time I had booked for them to come from my hotel to pick me up to the airport, while it said the total duration would be 4 hours, it ended up taking 5.30 hours and the driver barely spoke any English to communicate.
