The bus without AC , unconfortable . As it rained during the trip my two bags arrived full of mud . Driver and asssistant with very nice and helpfull actitude.
At times overcrowded to the point where one passanger had to stand during the trip (!). The worst part - the driver didn't want to take us to the final bus stand which was specifically mentioned in the ticket we bought.
The seats are comfortable with air conditioning, the staff is nice and we did several stop for toilet and lunch.
But be sure about your boarding point and time and call them when you’re there. I was told a different bus number and the bus crossed my stop without picking me up. I had to go to the next stop by taxi, but they waited for me there.
They’re nice, just be sure you have all information clearly!
The trip was amazing. The seats were very comfortable, the bus left on time and the staff on board were very friendly and helpful. The best part of the trip was the choice of places to stop along the way for food and toilet breaks. Each place was clean and next to areas of stunning natural beauty. It was a truly memorable experience.
The driver played super loud music for 8 hours. He also told us to get out of the bus at some stop as the only passengers eventhough he drove further till lake side. We were therfore alone as two girls in a very bad district of Pokhara in the middle of the night. Overall a good option for budged bagpackers but not the best for girls. Maybe do tourist bus instead.
We left and arrived on time. We made 3 food/toilet stops on the way. The seats were comfortable. The staff was nice. The road is bumpy but that's the case for every vehicle, it's not the company's fault, so I find it weird to see so many people complain about that in comments.
