Плюсы:

- Стоит предварительно узнать, отправляется ли ваша маршрутка по расписанию или по заполнению - в последнем случае вы можете прождать очень долго: на некоторых маршрутах заполнение микроавтобуса может занять целую вечность.
- Возведенный в статус анекдота стиль вождения у водителей маршруток. Даже самые солидные компании иногда не могут заставить водителей соблюдать скоростной режим. Чтобы ни говорил вам водитель, всегда пристегивайтесь в пути.
- Если вас легко укачивает, то поездка в маршрутке, к примеру, по горному серпантину, подарит вам гораздо больше негативных впечатлений, чем путь на автобусе. Чтобы подстраховаться, примите препарат от укачивания за полчаса до поездки.

Christian AThe ferry is old and slow and there was a cockroach inside where you can sit… at least they gave us a vip bus for the price of a normal one but the usb chargers didn’t work and sometimes we could smell something coming probably from outside, and the AC was FREEZING. Bad experience

Pibbe VThey make you wait for over an hour at a random stop after arriving in Surat Thani and again in the middle of the night. Both stops are not at shops but small restaurants clearly linked to the bus company so they can extract more money from you. Other operators stop at 7/11 where you can actually buy things you might need and not for such long periods. We spend a lot of the night waiting, hoping the bus would leave soon. The employees treat you like sheep rather than people. The seats were also quite uncomfortable for overnight although it was nice they could recline and that there was charging points and good a/c. The a/c was turned off the last 30 minutes making the bus very hot and the charging ports didn't work during the night either.

Driss ABad transport overral. The workers in the Khao Sok station are rude and nonchalant. The van arrived more than half an hour late, and showed very angry and kind of verbally agressive for no reason. Arrived 40min late.
The driving was fine.
But I would defenetly not take this company again.

Richelle MThe ferry looks so awesome I never thought having nice ferry but the problem was if you have heavy luggage you need to lift by yourself. You will use stairs going up and going down. That's the down side and alot of transfer. No snacks or water offered compared to the bus operation they offer free dinner and snacks. The bus was big and spacious but the charging such as USB port /PD port/type C port was not working. Maybe in the future if you have those things. You will have more customers in the future. The bus driver was on time.5:30am we arrived in bangkok

Andrew HThe journey from Koh Samui to Bangkok is described as a ferry / boat trip, there is no mention at all of any other mode of travel. The journey is actually a ferry back to Shurat
thani, then a shuttle bus, then a mini bus and finally an overnight coach journey the length of Thailand back to Bangkok. Not what is advertised and not what we expected. Book with caution!

Anderson GFirst you take a boat from Koh Samui to Donsak pier which is okay, then you are taken to a parking lot where you board a van and from the van you drive about 1 hour to a very poor restaurant, they basically have fruits, beverages and salty rice or pasta to eat. You may have time to walk to 7/11 but who knows, they don't give any information so you have to guess. After waiting from 1h to 2h which they don't know precisely how much you board a bus that comes half full and drives about 6 hours to the first stop where is another very poor restaurant that they only have rice, snacks and some beverages and after that you are taken to Bangkok.

Tamara SCommunication wasn’t good. We got off the ferry trying to find the bus which ended up being a van to the bus which took another hour. No one communicated where and when we are going. I was with two kids and it felt very difficult. It was also pouring with rain and no one helped with the bags. The sleeper bus was ok, although it was freezing! And the worse part is that somehow money was stolen from my bag which was next to me while I was sleeping despite the bag being next to me the whole night. We used another company on our way to the islands and we felt a lot more secure. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Sam TYour bus arrived over 1hr late. We waited 40min before & after schedule, as instructed. I paid extra to receive text updates and received nothing, despite calling multiple times. I had to pay for a new service and you refused to refund me. Wasted my time and money - Terrible service

Becareful about the scam in Surat Thani. The lady there was asking money to drop people on there hostel, even if it was 5min walk from the hotels and hostels.

Alexander DWe travelled from Koh Tao to Khao Sok overnight per ship and bus. When we boarded the ship they showed us our place to sleep and were shocked to find out that we had to sleep on matraces on the floor outside of the cabin because we apparently booked to late. They offered us to reschedule to the following day if we didn’t want to sleep outside but had already booked accommodation and tours. The ship ride was a little bit scary because the boat rocked a lot and we got sprayed with a bit of water from time to time. From the boat to the bus station we also got a lift from some sketchy people but we arrived on time at the destination.

Fiona GIt’s the McDonalds not on the beach front - there’s a 12GO sign attached to a tree a little bit down the road on the right. Our driver was friendly and managed to cram 12 of us in well with all of our luggage. However, our driver got us to the seatran and on our arrival in Koh Samui there was no transport. One of our party called them and they were rude saying we expected you to get on the later ship. An hour later we were in transport to our hotels which was a pleasant journey. They do charge an extra 300 baht to do this once you’re already enroute. Despite the lady informing me it was hard to get a grab the other side, I don’t believe this is true as there were plenty of taxis waiting.

The route is Phi phi - Krabi - Donsak pier - samui
On arrival at Krabi just ask any of the travel people there what to do next and how to locate your driver. Everyone was very helpful.
The van is small and will be full - take plenty of water with you!

Roos DStarted a bit chaotic, busdriver came 20 min. early and since we were having breakfreast at our hotel he left. Then I called at the pick up time, after some discussion the driver came back for us. Had a weird pickup schedule in Khao Sok, drove 3 rounds of one hour through the small village. After that the travel was great. He rode fast to get in time. One stop in between for toilet and food. We arrived about one hour before the scheduled time so that was perfect.

Natalia BAll in all it was good (perfect timing, comfortable trip) but our driver was NOT friendly at all! He was in a bad mood, interrupted everyone aggressive if they wanted to ask something. His handling of the luggage was also very rough. As we did a quick stop he laughed a lot a did a lot of jokes in front of the other drivers, back in the car, unfriendly again.

Doua PNobody contacted us to guide us. I tried contacting the hotline and nothing no one told us what should we do, who will wait us at the ferry station or anything.
In the van I had a seat in the back and they put all the baggages in such a way that I couldn t sit down because the sit was deformed. So for the whole trip (which is a long one), I had to sit very unconfortably and my back hurted...
