Onze reis zou 2 uur en 15 minuten duren naar Kep. Onze bus was bijna twee uur te laat. Eenmaal onderweg kwamen we al snel op een extreem ruwe weg. Ik heb het over enorme kuilen waardoor we maar 10 km per uur konden afleggen.... Dit ging maar liefst 3 uur door!!! Uiteindelijk kwamen we aan in Kep na een zeer ruwe reis van 5,5 uur plus de 2 uur die we moesten wachten. Als ons verteld was over de weg en hoe lang het zou duren hadden we het verwacht. We moeten over twee dagen terug over die weg om een vlucht te halen, dus we zullen er minstens 6 uur voor uittrekken. De weg wordt blijkbaar pas over minstens een jaar gemaakt.

Het was een zeer goed georganiseerde dienst gerund door 2 belangrijke mensen die duidelijk maakten waar we moesten zijn en wanneer. Ze zorgden ervoor dat je de juiste bus kreeg en naar de juiste locatie ging. De bus was erg oncomfortabel, mijn rugzak paste niet eens voor mijn stoel - er was niet genoeg ruimte, laat staan dat mijn benen erin pasten. We kwamen meer dan een uur te laat aan.

We verlieten Kampot pas 1 uur na vertrektijd. Uiteindelijk 40 minuten omgereden om terug te komen bij het kantoor (waar we vertrokken) om meer mensen op te halen! Kwamen uiteindelijk aan in Kampot om 15u in plaats van 13u30. Chauffeur stopte ook verschillende keren om eten te halen of anderen op te halen. Zou niet met dit bedrijf in zee gaan als je plannen hebt in Kampot voor later die dag.

Was not told about the multiple transfers. Boat from koh rong to sihanoukville was good. Everyone kind. Bus from sihanoukville to kampot good. But was unaware of a transfer. Got on another bus from there and then after a stop, was dropped at border to Vietnam. Everything good there. Except for the seatbelts being broken. Waited on Vietnam side for a while. Cafe i was told to wait in was hell and everyone that worked there was an absolute disgrace. Nothing to do with the company, but id avoid. Another van brought me from border to bus station. And then had to get on a Sleeper. Which is where majority of my rating comes in. There is no other way to describe the driver of the Sleeper bus other than an ignorant asshole. Slamming on breaks. Constantly honking. Then screamed at me when I asked for toilet. Zero communication skills. Maybe let your drivers know that screaming doesnt = understanding. Disgusting behavior. Was also 2hrs late.

I arrived with a 2-hour delay. • In Kampot, the departure was delayed by 40 minutes. • After crossing the border, we waited 30 minutes at the meeting point for our driver. We were not informed of his location or what he was waiting for. Overall, the communication between the different transport segments was very poor. • The driver who kept us waiting after the border crossing had major communication issues. While his English level was acceptable, his tone and instructions were unclear, coercive, and confusing. He refused to answer questions or provide explanations.

I would not recommend this company if you want to go the Kep. I asked twice, to two different people, if this was the bus to Kep and they said yes. It was suppose to stop at Kep on the way to the Vietnam boarder but this did not happen. I asked in the van when they dropped off a colleague if I should get off for Kep as we weren't too far away and the person next to the driver told me no, we're "x" amount of km away. We then passed the beach area and the bus driver showed no signs of stopping which is when I said something. When I was let off the bus we were 10-15 minutes away from Kep tourism office where I should've been dropped off. There was no tuktuk/grab and I had to hitch hike back. There was no apology from the driver.

The wrong pier was put on the ferry tickets and no one thought to inform us after multiple phone calls of us trying to find where to pick up tickets. Eventually when we found it 35 minutes later, they knew this was an issue. The ferry was over an hour late which would’ve been fine if we were told. Lots of people sick on the ferry. Got to the bus station to be told we’d missed the bus as the ferry was late and had to wait 2 hours. Tour office smelt as rubbish was everywhere so couldn’t wait there. Eventually when we got on the bus the driver drove fast down the bumpy roads and we had to stop to have the tyre fixed. Said we would arrive at 5:15 and arrived at 8pm

We booked the transfer between Sihanoukville to Chau Doc. We had to change vehicles multiple times, and wait an unacceptable amount of hours in between each transfer. We arrived to Chau Doc many hours later compared to the especified time! And all of it because we had to wait forever for no reason.
