Welke busklassen en prijzen biedt GoEz Travel?
De prijs van je busreis hangt af van zowel de bestemming als de klasse van je ticket. We willen je erop wijzen dat niet alle ticketklassen beschikbaar zijn op bepaalde routes, maar voor langere reizen is er bijna altijd een goede keuze beschikbaar. Kies voor een slaapbus voor de meest comfortabele reis met overnachting. Slaapbussen zijn meestal uitgerust met ligplaatsen of zachte stoelen met verstelbare rugleuning, hebben een toilet aan boord en je ticket kan ook andere extra's bevatten zoals snacks of zelfs een lunch of avondmaaltijd. Een nachtbus nemen is ook een goed idee als je wilt besparen op je hotelkamer. Overdag is een expresbus vaak het voordeligst, omdat deze minder vaak stopt dan een gewone of standaardklasse bus. Dit betekent dat je sneller op je bestemming aankomt. Op sommige routes kan het van cruciaal belang zijn om de juiste klasse te kiezen, want een gewone of tweede klas bus kan bijvoorbeeld 6 uur nodig hebben om de afstand af te leggen, daar waar een eerste klas of expresbus in twee uur je bestemming bereikt!
Voor en nadelen van reizen met de bus
De voordelen van reizen met de bus
- Bussen hebben meestal het breedste netwerk van bestemmingen. Ze reizen naar plaatsen waar je met het vliegtuig of zelfs met de trein niet kunt komen.
- Reizen met de bus is gemakkelijk, want je hoeft niet lang van tevoren in de busterminal te zijn, en het inchecken is meestal een zeer snelle formaliteit in tegenstelling tot reizen met het vliegtuig.
- Buskaartjes zijn zeer betaalbaar. Ja, er zijn dure eerste klas of VIP-opties, maar als je slechts een beperkt budget hebt, is de bus je beste keuze.
- Tegelijkertijd zijn er verschillende klassen van dienstverlening voor elk budget. Als je op zoek bent naar een hoger niveau van comfort, dan heb je hiervoor de keuze.
De nadelen van reizen met de bus
- Bepaalde busterminals kunnen zich buiten het stadscentrum in de buitenwijken bevinden. Dat betekent dat je rekening moet houden met extra tijd en geld om naar deze busterminals te reizen. Op bepaalde bestemmingen kan je dit meer geld kosten dan je zou verwachten, omdat slechts een beperkt aantal vervoersmaatschappijen de route mag bedienen en de prijzen kunnen zijn opgedreven.
- Tijdens drukke weekenden of in het hoogseizoen kunnen bussen die sommige toeristische bestemmingen verzorgen, volgeboekt zijn en moet je van tevoren reserveren.
- Hoewel bussen niet zo afhankelijk zijn van het weer als veerboten, kunnen busreizen ook worden vertraagd of geannuleerd als gevolg van slecht weer of wegomstandigheden. Houd hier rekening mee als je tijdens bepaalde seizoenen of naar bepaalde bestemmingen reist.

Theophile HThey took very long to confirm the booking (15 hours), while our trip was the next morning at 9am (we had the confirmation in the previous evening at 8pm..)
The bus was quite old (not very efficient air conditioning, really bumpy..), but moreover, the worst part of the trip was that the driver was driving completely recklessly !! Overtaking buses and trucks without visibility, breaking at last minute to avoid collision… we even arrived 30 min earlier that scheduled.. I would have preferred to arrive on time and not risk my life..

Gill EExplanations only in Vietnamese so you don’t know when you will stop or for how long (actually 3 stops about 15 mins each on this 13 hr trip Can Tho to Dalat.) Daytime trip but bus window glass reinforced so hard to see much out. Didn’t seem to take most direct route - took longer than scheduled. No cushion/pillow provided though there was blanket. Good black out if you wanted to sleep.

The company should update the boarding point pin in the confirmation PDF they send. The one they have currently sends you to the front of the hotel, whereas their office & the boarding point for the trip is around the other side of the building.

Chris KPictures of the bus are fairly misleading as it isn’t as comfortable or spacious as it looks. The staff were quite abrupt & didn’t communicate much. Driving was erratic & we were nearly 2 hours later arriving in to Nha Trang than the booking stated, wouldn’t rush back for this journey unfortunately, considering other experiences i’ve had have been much better.

Be aware! Bus was comfortable and good quality but customer service and communication is lacking. Every other bus service we've been on have contacted us prior to confirm time and location. On the booking pdf itself it had two different times 1.00 and 1.30pm. The company is going Ez travel but when you arrive the bus company is actually called Khank Pong - when we arrive there was a bus with noone on and the driver was ushering us on. He had none of our details, no names, couldn't communicate and kept pointing at the company - with no information that this is actually the right company we thought we were just trying to be scammed and walked on. It was extremely difficult to find a contact number for them - for people who need help it is +84 90 316 76 02. Once I got a hold of them they were helpful and the bus had left and they got us on it but up until then it was very stressful. Made them aware it needs to be clear on the booking where you are arriving to and the name of the bus operator, also the bus driver should have the booking details!
Hope this helps anyone else! Also just double check the location as the hotel they put as the location there is a few in nha Trang so make sure you go to the right one.

Jakob AWe were reassigned to another bus because the original one got cancelled, but the new bus had not the same quality level and two of our seats had an strong incline that made it difficult to sleep on. When I asked if I can switch to a empty top one that was straight, I was told the bus is completely booked out. That was just not true and I switched to a top one anyways. Also no response to my complains on WhatsApp.

Olly SNegatives- We booked through GoEz and they outsourced us to An Phu so ended up paying more for the same bus. Photos showed a completely different style of bus instead of sleeper 31 we ended up with a sleeper 46.
Bus was old not well maintained and dirty.
Although not the bus companies fault the road conditions were awful and it made for an unpleasant journey
Positives- We got hotel drop offs rather than the advertised drop off which saved us 10km in a taxi.
The staff we’re friendly and helpful.
