Welke busklassen en prijzen biedt Cua Ong Limousine?
De prijs van je busreis hangt af van zowel de bestemming als de klasse van je ticket. We willen je erop wijzen dat niet alle ticketklassen beschikbaar zijn op bepaalde routes, maar voor langere reizen is er bijna altijd een goede keuze beschikbaar. Kies voor een slaapbus voor de meest comfortabele reis met overnachting. Slaapbussen zijn meestal uitgerust met ligplaatsen of zachte stoelen met verstelbare rugleuning, hebben een toilet aan boord en je ticket kan ook andere extra's bevatten zoals snacks of zelfs een lunch of avondmaaltijd. Een nachtbus nemen is ook een goed idee als je wilt besparen op je hotelkamer. Overdag is een expresbus vaak het voordeligst, omdat deze minder vaak stopt dan een gewone of standaardklasse bus. Dit betekent dat je sneller op je bestemming aankomt. Op sommige routes kan het van cruciaal belang zijn om de juiste klasse te kiezen, want een gewone of tweede klas bus kan bijvoorbeeld 6 uur nodig hebben om de afstand af te leggen, daar waar een eerste klas of expresbus in twee uur je bestemming bereikt!
Voor en nadelen van reizen met de bus
De voordelen van reizen met de bus
- Bussen hebben meestal het breedste netwerk van bestemmingen. Ze reizen naar plaatsen waar je met het vliegtuig of zelfs met de trein niet kunt komen.
- Reizen met de bus is gemakkelijk, want je hoeft niet lang van tevoren in de busterminal te zijn, en het inchecken is meestal een zeer snelle formaliteit in tegenstelling tot reizen met het vliegtuig.
- Buskaartjes zijn zeer betaalbaar. Ja, er zijn dure eerste klas of VIP-opties, maar als je slechts een beperkt budget hebt, is de bus je beste keuze.
- Tegelijkertijd zijn er verschillende klassen van dienstverlening voor elk budget. Als je op zoek bent naar een hoger niveau van comfort, dan heb je hiervoor de keuze.
De nadelen van reizen met de bus
- Bepaalde busterminals kunnen zich buiten het stadscentrum in de buitenwijken bevinden. Dat betekent dat je rekening moet houden met extra tijd en geld om naar deze busterminals te reizen. Op bepaalde bestemmingen kan je dit meer geld kosten dan je zou verwachten, omdat slechts een beperkt aantal vervoersmaatschappijen de route mag bedienen en de prijzen kunnen zijn opgedreven.
- Tijdens drukke weekenden of in het hoogseizoen kunnen bussen die sommige toeristische bestemmingen verzorgen, volgeboekt zijn en moet je van tevoren reserveren.
- Hoewel bussen niet zo afhankelijk zijn van het weer als veerboten, kunnen busreizen ook worden vertraagd of geannuleerd als gevolg van slecht weer of wegomstandigheden. Houd hier rekening mee als je tijdens bepaalde seizoenen of naar bepaalde bestemmingen reist.

Enrique OThe trip and the driver was really good and quiet. The problem was that we didn't get a confirmation till 1h before the trip. We booked the night before, and even they said that confirmation would be within an hour, we had no response till next day an hour before the trip. That was stressed and we had to move to the meeting point without knowing if we could travel.

Margaret EThe only reason this has 2 stars instead of 1 is that our ride from Hanoi to Ha Long was so good. The first ride was in one of the vans pictured with plenty of space for people and bags and the driver was safe.
However. The ride from Ha Long to Hanoi was completely different. The communication was confusing and almost rude. We selected a 12pm departure and were told the time had moved up to 11:30 so we arrived accordingly. The driver left at around 12:15. We were in a cramped SUV and the driver was overly aggressive and unskilled. We were stressed out for two hours. I won't be booking with this company again.

Имя ФThis isn't my first time using your service. However, this is the first time I've disliked the ride. The driver spent an hour driving around the city, picking up passengers and some packages. But what I disliked most was that he didn't stop once during the entire journey to let the passengers rest or use the restroom. He did stop twice, however, to get out and smoke himself. This is the first time I've seen someone treat passengers like this.

But it was good that
- he arrived on time
- he stopped about 3-4 times for toilet

Marvin KThe journey itself was overall okay, although we arrived about 3 hours earlier than scheduled, which was a bit unexpected.
However, during the trip we experienced multiple insect bites. At first, we assumed they were mosquito bites, but it later became clear that they were most likely bed bug bites.
We understand that this kind of issue can occasionally happen, but unfortunately it has significantly affected the rest of our trip and caused considerable inconvenience.
We hope this feedback helps improve hygiene standards for future passengers.

The ride itself was fine, we had 1/2 bathroom stops from Ninh Binh to Hue. Unfortunately, in the three row buses, the beds are definitely too narrow for the average westerner, which made the sleeping a bit difficult. Otherwise - everything clean, no complaints there!

Kristin MThe seats are incredibly narrow , including having to store our bags with us in the seats, it made for a tight trip. They put people on the floor between the seats (on mattresses), which made it worse as the person bumped into me all night. We stopped once for food at a not so great place. Rough trip, slept very poorly. They offered one warm blanket which was absolutely necessary, but that is it.

Marcin RPoor communication. They message me on WhatsApp about 30 min before departure time to give vehicle plate # and pick up time.
They told me it will be a bus not a van ( yes i specifically asked) ( i booked a van) and a van showed up.
Driver was 45 min late, 0 communication about it. When i tried to message them on WhatsApp my messages were read but ignored.

Itshak MThe photos of the bus didn’t show that this is a 3 row bus with very narrow bed, very different from regular sleeper buses.
Although we turned to be the only ones to get on the bus at the meeting spot, they refused to pick us up from our hotel, that was just 5mins away and on the bus route.
The bus made tens of stops for unrelated to passengers business. They also spilled some fish smelling liquid on one of our luggage, making it all smelly.
I do not recommend using their service.
