Sommige busjes bieden plaats aan slechts 9 tot 10 passagiers, andere aan maximaal 15 passagiers. In het eerste geval heb je meer beenruimte, bredere stoelen en een comfortabelere rit. Je moet weten dat chauffeurs berucht zijn om hun snelle rijstijl. Zelfs de meest gerenommeerde bedrijven slagen er soms niet in ervoor te zorgen dat chauffeurs zich aan de snelheidslimieten houden. Ook als de chauffeur er niet op aandringt, moet je altijd je veiligheidsgordel dragen.
Als je gemakkelijk wagenziek wordt en je reis kronkelige wegen bevat, is de kans groter dat je last krijgt van wagenziekte in een busje dan in een gewone bus. Neem voor de zekerheid ongeveer een half uur voor vertrek een middel tegen wagenziekte in.

De boot vertrok 1 uur eerder en was anders dan op de foto van 12go. Op de foto staat een moderne boot maar in werkelijkheid zit je in een lokaal bootje waar je met houten bankjes tegenover elkaar zit. Toen wij bij de haven aan kwamen wisten we niet waar wij heen moesten, locals pakten onze tassen zonder dat we toestemming gaven en waar ze heen gingen. Nu moesten wij ook nog betalen om ze terug te krijgen. Daarna liepen wij door naar een tentje van het bedrijf en moesten wij voor 4e keer aangeven waar wij ons hotel hadden. Eigenlijk zouden wij nog twee uur volgens de driver moeten wachten maar hadden geluk dat het busje vol zat. We werden gebracht in een busje met slechte airco waardoor ik ook beroerd ben geworden en de rijstijl beviel ook niet het voelde niet prettig. Toen wij aankwamen in koeta zei de driver welcome in koeta pak je google maps en zoek je hotel.

The boat departed from Bangsal with a 45-minute delay because the crew was « waiting for a book » Then we had to wait an additional 30 min around Padang Bai because the harbour was full Meaning we were +1h late on the schedule, without any explanation from the operator if they were not directly sollicited When we arrived at the shuttle place, the distribution of passengers by destination was a little bit unclear The driver was nice but the drive will not be comfortable if you are sensitive to car sickness

Instead of 4 hours and 45 minutes, trip from Ubud to Gili Air lasted exactly 7 hours and 30 minutes. The van was very small. Besides running late, the fast ferry was very comfortable.

The transport and service was great. Komang Nyana was so nice and helpful. He is an absolute asset to his company, I have not met a more delightful man on my whole two months of travelling. He was so dedicated, punctual, and helpful when we arrived at the port. If I was his boss I would give him a raise as his service and dedication was exceptional. To get in the boat you have to step in the water and if you are solo and have your baggage with you it's pretty tricky because nobody is going to help you unless you have a nice man passenger next to you so keep this in mind. Nothing is being announced in the boat so I had to guess that we arrived to Lombok because everybody started getting out. Before you are even out of the boat there are men that spot you right away take your baggage and walk to the office for car transfer that is really 20 meters away. You would think it's nice. Nope. After that they DEMAND tips and insist that it has to be 100K. When I have them less they said "no, give us 100K". I said "I don't have to give you anything, take it or leave it". Very unpleasant experience. Show boat was actually pretty fast, it took about 25 minutes to get from Gili Air to Lombok but then I had to wait another 25 minutes for the transfer van to arrive.

I took transfer from Nusa Lembongan to Amed with this company, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. They were super attentive, helpful, and punctual. The boat was excellent, and the car was very comfortable and well air-conditioned, which made the trip even better. The driver was extremely careful, responsible, and professional. Truly top-notch service — I would rate it 10/10, especially when compared to another company I used before from Ubud to Nusa Lembongan. The cruse was really okay and good but after we came to Bali, we thought we will have a bus straight to Sanur, as while buying a tickets it was written that we will reach the destination after 3 hours from leaving Lombok, unfortunately the driver said we will have another 4,5h of driving. He make an offer of driving us to Sanur for 1,4mln - so watch out. We got an offer for 1mln from another driver and ended up with 400k after trade, so have it on your mind. my previous trip was with our surprises so I recommend it but be careful while buying a ticket and ask them if you’re not sure of sth.

It is recommended to double check the time of departure, because the actual car left almost an hour earlier than the ticket departure time. I overlooked a message the company sent about it, assuming the departure time is on the ticket - I therefore missed the taxi. They were really kind and supportive enough to get me on the next taxi.

Main ferry journey was fine. Big boat, quite empty, plenty of life jackets. We travelled from Serangan to Gili Air. We were told at check in to go to Lombok to get a speed boat to Gili Air. They took our photo for the shuttle boat. Arrived at Lombok and fella on the boat said that the speedboat left from Gili T. Once of the dock at Lombok two small guys with about six other people had our photo and repeatedly said "your ticket paid for public boat which may not go as need forty people now it's quiet" even though we did have a tag saying fast boat. We were then pressured into and SCAMMED onto a small rubbish boat where we were asked to pay 150k for the transfer across and then the small man who had our photo kept 50k for himself. They created chaos through the number of people crowding us, language barrier and time pressure. Fully taking advantage of us being tourists and unsure what was going on, where or when normal boats would go from. The small boat journey was BAD as the boat was taking on a lot of water from underneath and the person sailing it had no idea how to use an outboard motor as the prop kept coming out of the water. AVOID AT ALL COST AND WE WILL BE DEMANDING A REFUND!!!

Company Changed pickup time from 7am to 6:30an without discussion or explanation. Long wait at the port for transfer. Felt obligated to have breakfast at the quite poorly equipped establishment they had me wait at. Then charged me 600,000rp for a dragon fruit+banana which I thought was a bit extortionate.
