Il traghetto è stato perfettamente puntuale, le fermate sono state rapide e una volta che l'acqua ha iniziato a entrare l'equipaggio ha immediatamente chiuso i finestrini in modo che nessuno potesse bagnarsi.

Ferry was perfectly on time, quick stops and once the water started to come in the crew immediately closed the windows so no one could get wet

Boat was late but we had no information, they just kept us waiting. The A/C was functioning poorly in the boat.

The boat left slightly later which can happen, but I needed to transfer onto another boat in bali and that was very badly organized. We had to pick up the bags and everyone just stood around it in a big circle in the heat, and they started piling up the bags because there was no space. The people in the front whose bags were on the bottom just waited there and didn’t make any space. It took like 45 minutes. When I was finally at the bag area, my bag laid in a puddle and one shoe fell off and everyone was just walking over it. The second boat was uncomfortable, very rocky ride and not that big seats. I arrived on the destination about 2,5 hours later and missed a snorkeling trip I had planned.

Our trip started 45 minutes late, which is not the biggest issue. The main problem was that the boat had ar conditioner, but it was turned off. The whole 1,5 hour was done with open windows, super warm inside and the waves were not friendly at all - this combination made us sick most part of the way.

I was afraid after i saw google maps reviews, but i was surprised to have a comfortable trip, 2 5 hours with 30 min delay. The air condition worked very well, the working people was nice to me and i arrived safe from point A to point B ;) the only scam is the harbor tax, they charge without any official receive and my local friends told me it's a froud

The engine cut out in the middle of the sea, waves were absolutely huge even on a nice sunny day. No aircon, many seats were not screwed down to the floor so people were being lifted when going over waves. 2 hours late to arrive

Journey left on time and was quick to get to my chosen location. They did however stop half way for reason unknown so left the boat to sway side to side
Significantly which made me feel rather sick. No air con but had fans dotted throughout the boat as you couldn’t open windows due to water splashing
