absolutely no leg room, luckily we could swap our two front seats next to the driver for the seats in the back row (the seat in the middle - right next to the driver - was literally just a board which you had to sit on), anybody over 1.5m does not fit into the seats

Bus was on time, only a little delayed at the destination. We booked two seats in the first row to have a little more space for the legs. Due to a mistake from the company we had to sit elsewhere. The man at the counter told us, it won't be a problem because there is enough space too. Anyway the seats where way to small and very uncomfortable (not for people taller than 1,8m). Also the aircon wasn't able to cool the vehicle down, so it was a sweaty 5.5 hours bus trip.

they over booked on the van we had originally booked, so put us on the next one..assuming we’d have a similar van and same seats, not a problem! but when we got on, it was a big bus and we were squished in the very back, with the bumpiest seats. we also arrive over an hour late to our destination…
