Samui Airport to Phuket Destination Reviews

IS
The ride and transfer were good overall, but the bus was on the run for about 5 hours with no bathroom break at all. The drivers of the vans that transferred others to their hotels from the bus terminal were quite rude.

The bus reached Phuket at 7:30 only. It was very late. There was a 20 min break in between to have lunch.

Good at all, but the ship was not soo good, access with the suitcase isn’t comfortable. Two levels via stairs at Donsak pier - there is no any difference with Raja, so Seatran is bad as well.

No Info about delay off the ferry. Bus stopped several times for breaks in the middle of nowhere. Drivers off the Minivans were very rude and hectic without any reason.

The ferry ride was fine and nothing bad about it at all, however, our van driver was a maniac, I have never seen worse driving in my life, the danger that the driver put us in constantly was not fun at all, heavily tailgating cars at high speeds, swerving between lanes, taking corners at way too high speeds, I’m not a prude but this guy was taking risks as if he had a court appointment he was late to.

Bad company trying to get more money from you if they can. They wanted 300 bath extra for each of our luggage because they said it was too big. We have traveled with our luggage for 4 months now with several of bus, flight and ferry companies and no one has ever told us that our luggage was too big for anything (we got normal sized trolleys). Also the process was soooo long with no explaination of what was happening. We waited outside in the burning sun for a long time and didn't understand why they wouldn't let us into the bus and whenever we tried to talk to anyone they didn't speak English or didn't wanted to talk to us. In the end we had to go to find another bus and this is where they explained to us that we had to pay an additional 300 bath to bring our luggage. First he told us that it was for both of our luggage but after persisting on at least only paying for the biggest of our luggage he told us okay because he was being "nice". What a scam!

The journey was ok, but nobody told us about the 20min break nor to get off the bus esrly for the hotel transfer.
