Seat belts would help immensely as the bus careens around corners too quickly leaving you sliding off the slippery seats unable to sleep. The bus is needlessly too cold. The food stops offer poor choices. Bring food as a back up. That being said they did depart on time. We arrived about 13 hours later in Manila.

The bus was late, with very little space and very cold. We had a double booking on our seat and they had to move us around. They picked up additional people (I don’t think on official stop points) - these passengers sat in the isle on plastic chairs. For 8 hours. This also made it very cramped and very difficult for people at the back of the bus to get off at stops. But we got there on the end.

Seats of buses are not the same. We paid 1,176php for one way but our seats going to Sagada are way better than what we had going back to Manila. It’s not worth the price. No tissues and hand soap in the toilet. Driver is quite reckless, he did sudden break thrice which makes you hit your face in the seat in front of you.

The bus is nice and on time, good toilet but the leg space is too small, even for Asians. We were several people that couldn't fold back their seat because of the one behind hitting his knees. Seriously, you have to fix that. We were sitting there for 12 hours with one break. That is just not ok.

Took coda lines from sagada all the way to manila...12 hrs on a cold air conditioned bus with no blankets provided. I purchased a VIP ticket for extta cost because it provided blankets and bathroom on board. Neither of these existed, however the bus got me safely to where I needed to be and on time.

Travel took longer than expected, lots of unnecessary stop overs even if the bus is considered deluxe

You showed only the bus that depart at 16:00 and there was another bus at 15:30. You gave me a seat No. 44out of 45 at the end of the bus while there was some other buses free.

Everything is good except that if you could put a choice of seat for customers who are booking online. It will be unfair for them if they will not be able to choose their seat upon arrival since the customers who arrived and paid in the terminal already get to choose their seat.

The Drver and Conductor are courteous and accommodating. There is provision of plastic containers/bags for passengers with motion sickness. The WC looks bright and clean.

No blankets even though I asked before departure. The movies were good but they were on quite late when people were trying to sleep and were very loud. No toilet paper. Sooo many stops. Uncomfortable plastic covering the seats. A good service that could be made excellent with more effort and attention to details

Too many stops to pick up and drop passengers I lost count on how many Driver was very careful in driving ( am so happy about this) since its foggy But he makes so many stops to make small talks with other drivers or people on the road There is arm rest in the BUS but I suggest to have individual seat belt for added security Toilet is clean and good smell

The bus left on time from Manila, and we arrived earlier than expected even if there is a slight traffic. Good thing that they provided allowance on the ETA displayed on the ticket. Also, it is worth noting that passengers are very disciplined when it comes to maintaining the bus cleanliness. The bus is very clean, with no unnecessary odor. I have observed that passengers don't just throw their garbage anywhere within the bus which is different from all other bus I have ridden (even the high end ones). When the bus left from Sagada bound for Quezon City, it left around 20 minutes late. If I may suggest, it could have been better if we did not wait for the latecomers. Instead, 10 minutes before the scheduled departure, they could have asked those on the next departure if they want to be on the earlier bus departure, and let the latecomers ride the next one without paying extra. Aside from this, there are a lot of stops on different places. This is fine, but it would be better, that everything is already arranged so that as the bus arrives, passengers will just ride the bus, and we could leave as soon as they are seated. This is a very convenient way to go to and from Sagada, so let not human interventions affect the efficiency and accuracy of this service.
