Carmen DBus was ok. The ferry departed only an hour later and we had to wait without being informed or whatsoever. The ferry itself was very rocky so I got very sick. And it took forever to get there, while it departed one hour late we arrived three hours later than planned on Koh Tao (!).

Maurice Pickup was 1 hour late, then a dude on a motorbike came to take me to their "office"; had to wait there for another 1 1/2 hours until the minivan arrived to take me to Suratthani.
Almost there we ran out of fuel and had to stop in the middle of nowhere, where the driver was getting a gasoline canister. He did not speak a word of English so communication was quite difficult.
After several stopps at gas stations and seeming a bit lost, we were way behind schedule. In the end I barely made it to the night ferry at the surrathani pier.
Three stars only for getting me there in the end.
