I know I booked the class with air-conditioning and proper seats but we ended up on 3rd class with fans. My fault for not double checking the final ticket...small print, but it was an uncomfortable journey. 6 hours in uncomfortable seating. We were thankful, however, for cool weather. It was definitely an experience :) My advice...when you get your ticket, double-check that you got what you originally booked. *Edit ... this was entirely my mistake. I know what I wanted and somehow between booking and getting the ticket, I got the wrong seating. I must have made the mistake somehow. Again, always double-check your tickets. I did not do that. The feedback from 12go afterward was quick and explanatory.
