Northern Thailand Tour - 7 Nights

Bangkok - Ayutthaya - Chiang Mai - Bangkok

This tour will show you a different side of Bangkok, the historical park in the former capital city Ayutthaya and you will take the night train to the Rose of the North, Chiang Mai. You will walk and bathe with elephants, you will fly through the jungle and travel back to Bangkok in a luxurious VIP sleeper bus. The hotels you stay in are located in central areas which allows you to explore city centers by foot.

Day 1

When arriving in Bangkok a driver will wait for you with your name shown on a board. You will be transferred directly to your hotel. The 4-star hotel is located in an interesting area and there are plenty of interesting places you can visit after check in.
In the evening our tourguide will invite you for dinner and introduce you to Thailand's Do's and Dont's. The food is included, the drinks are on you.

If you arrive early and want to spend some time in the pulsing heart of Thailand, where culture meets nightlife and sacred buildings blend with modern architecture we will help you to find unusual attractions or immerse yourself in local culture and cuisine, because there is so much to explore in this vibrant city beyond the Grand Palace or Wat Po. Sipping some of the city’s best brews or find one of the modern huge shopping malls that Bangkok is famous for.

Day 2

After breakfast you arrange a taxi to the northern bus terminal Morchit. From there you will depart at 10:30 to Ayutthaya. You can either explore the city and the historical park on your own, or you can add a tourguide to your trip. Please be back at the bus stop by 17:00. You will arrive back in Bangkok around 19:30 and you can spend the evening on your own. We recommend a visit to the railway market on the way back to the hotel. Blablabla and info about the market and nightlife.

Day 3

After breakfast you need to check out, leave your luggage at the hotel, arrange a taxi to the Rivercity Shopping complex, where you will find the organizer of your bicycle trip. A fantastic x-hour adventure lies ahead. Spend all day on the boat and bike and see Bangkok from a different angle. Don't worry, it is save and not too exhausting. Take your luggage to the railway station and enjoy a romantic night train ride to Chiang Mai. Restaurant on board.

Day 4

When arriving in Chiang Mai tell one of the red Songtaew taxis to bring you to the Amora Tha Phae Hotel in the city center. Now you can explore the city on your own or book a tour to blablabla with us.

Day 5

Wake up a bit early, enjoy breakfast in the hotel and get on the van that will pick you up and bring you to the ethic elephant center where you will be very close to the grey giants. Learn how to behave with the animals, walk with them on a nature track and enjoy a wonderful experience by bathing with them in the river. Lunch included. Around 18:00 you will be back in your hotel, maybe to stroll around and enjoy a bit of Chiang Mai's conservative nightlife.

Day 6

In the morning you will be picked up after breakfast in a van that brings you and fellow travelers straight into the rainforest in the mountains nearby. Here you will enjoy the wonderful experience of flying from one tree to another in the jungle. 35 stations are there to explore. Don't worry, it is safe. You can not fall down. There will be a clear safety instruction before you start. The staff is very professional and blablabla.

In the late afternoon a van will bring your group back to your hotel.

Day 7

After breakfast you can decide to stay in the hotel, explore the city on your own or book one of our optional trips. At 19:30 you need to be at the bus terminal to get onto a first class VIP sleeper bus that will bring you back to Bangkok.
