Thai budget airline to inaugurate Bangkok to Da Nang flights

Thai AirAsia has announced the launch of a new route between Bangkok and Da Nang in central Vietnam. The Thai affiliate of AirAsia says the new route will launch on 9 June and there will be one flight a day in each direction.

Outbound flights will leave Bangkok’s low cost carrier airport, Don Mueang, at 10:10 and land at Da Nang at 11:30. The return flights are scheduled to take off at 12:00 and arrive back in Bangkok at 13:20.

Da Nang occupies a prime position halfway from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City and is the gateway to central Vietnam. It is noted for beaches such as My Khe and Non Nuoc and is within easy distance of the heritage destinations of Hoi An and Hue.
