Amazing! I’m from Bangladesh, and I was looking to try the Rails in Thailand. It was perfect! The train was clean but old, giving it a good vibe. It was quieter and I took the non air-conditioned coaches, and there was ample baggage space. We took four bags with two people, and we had no issues. It was a thousand times better than the air-Asia flights that they literally offer on a 7kg bag. A 7kg bag for a tourist? My laptop is even 1.2kg! - lol!

I was sitting on the bottom floor. The toilet was hard to use for woman because it was located sideways while urinary was next to the door below the sink. Awful experience! The door were broken and were locked only with lock on both sides so most passengers did not lock it properly when leave and there was a huge noise from inside.

The trip was good - the bus departure time was moved 30 minutes earlier and we left and arrived on time. The seats were comfortable - the problem was they reclined all the way back which is comfortable for you but not when the person in front puts theirs all the way back… Also there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet at a few points in the journey. But overall it was a good service and got us from A to B
