Slavena KWe arrived only 15 mins late, but the whole trip from Hanoi Airport to Ninh Binh was very chaotic with little information from the providers. Basically you take a car from the airport to the company's office in Hanoi (50mins journey because of traffic, the car was also 30mins late because of rain), then waited at the office for 30 more minutes and then got into a van to Ninh Binh. All vehicles were comfortable, but waiting was annoying.

Of course, we had to change about twice, i.e. 1x car from the airport to Hanoi city, then the limousine for the long journey and in Ninh Binh we had to get into a larger car again. From my point of view, everything was fine, except the limousine driver was a bit annoyed.

Nibir KThe price was really cheap as compared to the ones in the airport. The vehicle was well maintained and the driver was too good from all the aspects. Our hotel in Ninh Binh was quite difficult to find. He stayed with us for 30 minutes until we got down in the hotel.
