I booked the ticket on app in Chinese ver, the description of seat plan for upper and lower deck were translated wrongly, swap between in Chinese and English when I checked in English after booked. The contact of 12go said unable to change the seat as their position not in place for managed. They asked me to ask for change the seat for the counter but that person seems not good in English or she ignored what I request then issue the ticket right away even that moment was not that busy. Anyway, lower deck isn't that bad luckily. The attendance of the coach was helpful and nice. The intermediate should have 1 more for long journey to let somebody go restroom and leg rest. The meal was nice, clean and cheap（start from 25 bhat to 30 bhat） Thx
