Bus was okay for 1 1/2 hours. But staying there to Bangkok I wouldn’t recommend. If someone goes to toilet the whole Bus smells terrible.

Good service, but depending on the train (route) the trains are cooled down abnormally so you need a jacket or blanket. All train staff were always very helpful.

I was a bit stressed and told conflicting information. The ticket I got from 12go said terminal 3 when I was in fact departing from terminal 2. However, the journey itself was good and the bus was comfortable.
