Bangkok to Surat Thani Thai Sriram Destination Reviews

Trip was great and very easy. Make sure that you leave plenty of time when collecting tickets as the ticket booth is not the easiest to find. (inside and upstairs!) The journey was easy and fine, the food in the middle of the journey was good. My partner and I slept most of the trip so the seats must have been comfy enough!

Bus is comfy and they stop for launch in somewhere which is free with your ticket. There are couple of options to eat or drink.

The bus reeked of urine and excrement because of the toilets. Either you offer toilets that work or they're deficient and you have to prevent people from using them, it's not conceivable to do 10h of bus with the relans of piss and m"""" Also, the staff were as friendly as tires. We did, however, arrive on time

Fun experience. Seats were surprisingly comfortable for a bus, small snack and some drinks (non alcoholic). Stopped at market where you could get amazing Thai food. Would 100% do again. Super cheap

I was running late for the bus due to traffic from Siem Reap, and asked if I can change my ticket to the following day. They said no, non refunding and no changing.
