Everything was great. We left on time, boat was comfortable and the crew was very friendly and helpful.
The trip goes via the Gilis to Lombok and took us about 3hrs in total. We also booked a transfer to Kuta directly at the check-in which was fairly priced with 400k for 2 persons and worked perfectly fine
Average. Didnt have to wait for the boat, but we arrived two hours later then schedule. No AC and no toilet on board. Also no communication.
