Hua Hin May Get a Stunning Observation Tower with Glass Sky Walk

Hua Hin will have a brand new observation tower soon. At least the Hua Hin Mayor's Office in Prachuap Khiri Khan province has already made the respective announcement.

The scenic tower will be built on Hin Lek Fai hill, where a popular view point is currently located. Dominating the city, the hill offers a vantageous point to have an aerial view of the surrounding area. The tower will feature an elevated glass sky walk to enhance the experience. The engineering department of the Hua Hin Municipality Office has already worked out the design of the panoramic tower. The project is currently waits for approval and as soon as (if) it is received, the funding should be sourced.

Sitting 200 km southwest of Bangkok on the coast of the Gulf of Siam, Hua Hin is the country's oldest beach destination. The city has a good mix of vibes from the chilled out beach area to the thriving art scene and from the 20th century architecture to the seedy bars and tourists sites.

The easiest way to reach Hua Hin from Bangkok is by van with departures throughout the day both from Morchin and Sai Tai Mai bus terminals. Big buses call to Hua Hin on their route further south while the most picturesque way to travel is offered by train which departs from the main railway station in Bangkok and arrives to Hua Hin railway station which is considered the most beautiful period railway station in Thailand. From Pattaya, one can cross the Gulf in two hours aboard Royal Passenger Liner ferry.
