I don't know if it was the fault of Saphan or 12go.asia. But the Times on the Voucher were wrong. It said 17:30, but the ride ended for me at 19:30. Thats not good. The busride itself was nice.

It was supposed to be an excellent experience except for the delay of the time. Although it was mentioned in the ticket that there are anticipated delays, but I did not except that it would be very late. I hope next time, it will be on time. But great service still.

We have used the services of 12Go Asia before and highly recommend it. They save a lot of time and make it much easier to arrange your travel. I love the train journey. It is always slow and the train is always late but you can plan for that. The staff are helpful, the seating comfortable and the views wonderful.
