SilkAir increases its network in SEA

The regional wing of Singapore Airlines, SilkAir opens new destinations in the new year and expands its influence in the Southeast Asia region.

The regional wing of Singapore Airlines, SilkAir opens new destinations in the new year and expands its influence in the Southeast Asia region.

27 May the Airline will launch first flights to Kalibo in the Philippines through circular-routing flights to Cebu, they will be operated three times a week. 10 June thrice-weekly circular  flights will be opened between Mandalay and Yangon in Myanmar.

All new routes will be connected through Singapore with more than 90 countries of the world in the Singapore AirlinesSilkAir network.  

SilkAir also plans to increase its capacity by launching additional flights on existing routes. In the period between 30 March and 25 October the Airline will add flights to Phuket (Thailand), Darwin (Australia), Palembang and Balikpapan (Indonesia).
