Hanoi Opera House to stage Swan Lake ballet performance

Hanoi’s grand Opera House is the venue for two performances of the Tchaikovsky ballet classic Swan Lake next month. Ballet artistes from the Vietnamese Opera and Ballet group will enact the tale of the power of love and its ultimate strength in overcoming adversity.

Vietnam’s National Symphony Orchestra will be conducted by Kotaro Kimura while Mika Kawasaki will be on hand to provide moving piano solos. The dual performances of Swan Lake are scheduled to take place at the Opera House on the 18 and 19 March 2017.

Shows begin at 20:00 on the two evenings. An interval between Parts I and II will give audiences the time to absorb the splendour and timelessness of one of the planet’s most popular ballets as well as the stunning music composition of Tchaikovsky.

Advance tickets for Swan Lake at the Hanoi Opera House are available from Ticketvn and cost VND300,000, VND400,000 and VND600,000. 12GO ASIA sells online tickets for travel to Vietnam from locations including Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Bangkok and Vientiane.
