Laura CI booked a bus but ended up in 3x different cars/minibuses with no communication and rude drivers. The journey was delayed and it was generally a very poor experience.

Michelle C30 minutes late. That’s fine. But this bus was actually a tour bus where everyone else was on the tour to the Mua cave. So I ended up having to go to mua cave and spending 90 minutes there and 100k to get in. (Which wasn’t enough time). So when I was supposed to arrive at 10;30 I actually arrived at 12:30 pm.

Andreas Too many times you had to switch the mini van. The driver was riding the car a bit aggressively.

Pieter BClean vehicle, but our driver was a rude and angry person who treated us and the other passengers as numbers instead of people.
He drove fast, but safer comparing to the drivers in Indonesia :P Downside to this is the bumping experience in the back of the minivan

Lisa MThe travel agency I booked wasn’t the one I got. In the end it was the bad rated one. We had to change the van once and the guys didn’t really speak any English, so the communication was hard. Everything was very stressful.
