Skyler JThe Saoviet travel bus was pretty nice and clean. The driver and the others helping facilitate the ride not so much. Grumpy and rude. Except for the ticket lady, she was nice. Would recommend a different bus company.

Kalliopi KOur trip was fantastic! Even if we got late because of the delay of the airplane, the driver was waiting for us. Very comfortable trip, the bus was clean, great experience!

Elise VIf you’re looking for an excuse to upgrade your sleeper, this is is. The trip gets an overall 2 stars because it was clean and it left and arrived on time. But that’s sadly where the good times ended for us. Our seats had been changed and that wasn’t communicated well enough to the guys onboarding us, so we walked from section to section hoping for help. By the times we got to our bed we were questioned a few times, but thankfully not kicked off. We had someone either leave or arrive at every stop which was very disruptive. My least favourite was the drunk who literally stumbled in and collapsed on his bed. Then the door wouldn’t stay closed, so we unfortunately had it open all night. Really wishing I’d just paid the extra for a private 2 bed room to avoid all the disruptions.

Nicola MThere was no toilet on the bus and it didn’t stop until 4hrs into the journey. My cabin was okay but my husbands light didn’t work along with a couple of other issues. We took a different company back to Hanoi that was better.

Sebastian One of the best sleeper buses I've been on. The driver was very friendly. Had multiple stops for toilet and snacks. Blankets and sleeping areas were far cleaner compared to other bus providers. Would highly recommend.

Ekaterina TEverything was great! The buses are private, clean and comfortable! The only thing which really disappointed us was the wrong location of the office and the wrong pin dropped by the tour company. Be careful, guys! Because the pin and the office are located 850m from each other. So, we had to run in order not to be late.

Christian FMy spouse, three sons (10 months and 3 and 6 years old) took the night Laman Express from Hanoi to Sa Pa. Everything was explained and organized in a very good way. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the prices are super fair, our cabin was very clean and comfortable, we found some sleep and we arrived safely and in time in Sa Pa.
