No More Departure Stamp When Leaving Singapore Since April 22

The current practice is to stamp a round green coloured stamp with the departure date. If you are a travel stamps collector, it's your last chance to get the departure one from Singapore. It is worth mentioning, that since 2016 frequent travellers to Singapore who had their fingerprint collected were entitled to using the fast automated lanes for exiting the country and did not get the departure stamp either. Yet from April, 22, no departure stamp rule will apply to all foreigners who exit through manned counters. While entering Singapore, the usual procedure of getting the entry stamp will be preserved, though.
