While Singapore can be mind-blowingly expensive, there quite a few fun things you can do there for free. Check the list below for the best budget-friendly ideas.

1. Watch a free movie
Currently there are six outdoor cinemas in Singapore and three of them are free. They are MovieMob, Movies at Sentosa, and Be My Kaki Bus.

2. Chanllenge the nature trail at MacRitchie reservoir
Jogging, hiking or simly strolling in the jungles around MacRitchie reservoir is great fun. Expect fresh air, wild macaques and good mood. 

3. Catch a free concert at the Esplanade
The fact that not all events at the cult Singaporean art centre are ticketed comes as a surprise for many. Indeed, you can catch dance shows, theatre performances and acoustic sets there that are absolutely free. 

4. Experience a magnificent Supertree Grove light and music show
Gardens by the Bay are stunning both by day and night. The Supertree Grove becomes a playground for the Garden Rhapsody light and sound show every day at 7.45 pm and 8.45 pm.

5. Shop at a free market
Well, yes, markets in Singapore can be free. This great initiative started to bring communities together, and goods and services are shared free and nothing is for sale. You can set your own stall, too.

Thai AirAsia Expands Its Reach with New Routes to Shanghai and Kaohsiung

Thai AirAsia has broadened its route network with the introduction of new services to both Shanghai and Kaohsiung. The low-cost carrier (LCC) will operate five direct flights weekly between Don Mueang (DMK) and Shanghai (PVG), and four flights per week between DMK and Kaohsiung (KHH).
