2018 Asia & Australasia World Travel Awards Winners to Be Announed Tomorrow, September, 3

On September, 3, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong will host the annual Asia & Australasia Gala Ceremony during which the winners of the 2018 Asia & Australasia World Travel Awards will be announced.

It will be the jubeleum issue of the event founded in the United Kingdom in 1993 and widely considered the 'Oscar in tourism'. The international jury of hospitality experts will choose the best of the best companies and operators in different sectors of hospitality industry. 

There are 12 categories of the awards including Air, Attraction, Car, Cruise, Destination, General, Hotels & Resorts, Marketing, Meeting & Conventions, Rail, Travel Agencies & Travel Operators, and Travel Technology with the majority of the categories further subdivided into subcategories. This year, the largest category is Hotels & Resorts which alone has 50 subcategories, from 'Asia's Leading Beach Resort' to 'Asia's Most Romantic Resort of the Year'.
