Say NO for overcharging in Bangkok taxis

Moto-taxis at the the Mo Chit bus station in Bangkok already enjoying a bad reputation was arrested for overcharging.

Moto-taxis at the Mo Chit bus station in Bangkok already enjoying a bad reputation was arrested for overcharging. The several passengers complained to the police after the driver demanded from each to 680 baht for the 10-minute trip. They were able to bargain at 200 baht, but this price was also disproportionately high.

“There are many unregistered motorcycle taxis at BTS Mo Chit who overcharge customers”, -  the arrested driver admitted. The most of them lie about traffic conditions and hunt for customers, but we hope that this incident would entail positive changes.
