Nok Air will launch wifi service on a board

Yesterday, on 2 June Thai budget airline Nok Air finally got license of National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand to provide an in-flight WiFi internet service.

Yesterday, on 2 June Thai budget airline Nok Air finally got license of National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand to provide an in-flight WiFi internet service. Now Nok Air is the second airline in Thailand after Thai Airways which got this approval.

As expected, Nok Air will start to provide WiFi and voice call services on a board during one year as the installation of WiFi system takes time. At this moment the aircrafts of Thai Airways are already equipped with in-flight WiFi internet service and Thai Air Asia, the main low-cost carrier of the country, just plans to introduce this service.
