Thailand launches e-tickets

To increase the control at the offenders and parking violations Thailand plans to launch electronic traffic-ticketing system in Bangkok soon.

To increase the control at the offenders and parking violations Thailand plans to launch electronic traffic-ticketing system in Bangkok soon. It will help traffic police to rate drivers with improper licences and offenders.

The information from electronic traffic-ticketing system will be connected with police's main criminal records database in order to maximize its efficiency. A few years ago this e-tickets system was already tested in nine Bangkok police precincts. It let improve the system and  now it is ready for implementation across the capital.
