The public bus system of Jakarta  - “Transjakarta” finally came to understand the need to comply with a minimum service standard (SPM). Such a big step in the development of the company made only after 10 years of work!

SPM ensures complete safety of passengers during their use of buses and implies control over the reliability of buses and shelters, security, safety, comfort, pricing and equality. The Administration of Jakarta hopes that due to new minimum service standard Transjakarta will become the best bus system in the region.
