In the frame of cooperation between Thailand and Phillipines their air services to be expanded and the capacity to be increased up to 27% to promote development of tourism in ASEAN region.

The Phillipines Zest Airways which was rebranded to AirAsia Zest will start to operate flight to Thailand as soon as possible. The airline’s Authorities try to acquire the unused slots of Philippine Airlines Express, which consists of 540 seats per week from Phillipines to Thailand
