Thailand offers special carriages for cyclists

Travelling in Thailand on bicycle is nice until you need to use bus or trains, sometimes there are no any safety places to put your bicycle, but now the country is in interested in eco-transport.

Travelling in Thailand on bicycle is nice until you need to use bus or trains, sometimes there are no any safety places to put your bicycle. So now as the country is in interested in eco-transport State Railway of Thailand (SRT) in the occasion of its 117th Anniversary decided to develop its service and to introduce special carriages for cyclists by converting 3-class carriages.

Today first express train with carriages for cyclists was presented for public and leaved Hua Lamphong Station in Bangkok. The members of a cycling club met the special train in Autthaya today.
