Thailand opens the first Transport Court

Poorly organized system of penalties for violation of traffic rules has led to irresponsible behavior of drivers on the roads of Thailand, but in nearest future this situation to be changed.

Poorly organized system of penalties for violation of traffic rules has led to irresponsible behavior of drivers on the roads of Thailand, but in nearest future this situation to be changed. As soon as next month the first in Thai history Transport Court will be opened in Bangkok.

Many institutions will ensure the work of the court, including transpоrtаtion and соrrectional depаrtments, the attоrney genеral and judiсiary. As expected Transport Court should facilitate the safety on the roads and the rapid and effective deciding of cases involving traffic violations.
