Bangkok airport taxi system to be changed


The taxi service at Suvarnabhumi Airport to be upgraded. The changes would improve satisfaction of both drivers and the passengers.

According Transport Minister of Thailand the taxi service at Suvarnabhumi Airport to be upgraded to better match the needs of travelers and drivers. He said “The taxis on standby would be grouped into three according to the differences in distance between the airport and the passengers' intended destinations.”

The changes would improve satisfaction of both drivers and the passengers. Presently some of the drivers spend too much time waiting their turn to take a passenger, at once passengers complain of drivers’ rejection or request too high price.
