Don Mueang Airport to baptise passenger lounge and business centre

The director of the Airports of Thailand has announced that people using Don Mueang Airport will soon have a well-equipped passenger and business lounge at their disposal. Petch Chuncharoen explained that the Miracle Co-working Space would welcome its first patrons on the 31 December 2016.

He said the Miracle would be located on the fourth level of Terminal II at Bangkok’s second airport and cover 500-metres² of floor space. The lounge will offer the use of computers, high-speed wireless internet access, comfortable seating and food and beverage services.

Mr Chuncharoen continued by saying the promotional fee for Miracle lounge usage would be THB200 for a two-hour session. He finished off by saying the charge would probably go up to THB300 once the trial period had finished.

Don Mueang Airport was the principal international gateway to Bangkok and Thailand until Suvarnabhumi Airport opened in 2006. Don Mueang is now a major hub for low cost carriers. 12GO ASIA offers taxi services between the two airports which are a practical and convenient choice for transfers.
