Marcus CThe driver was driving like a crazy person. 3 different times he had road rage and was swerving against another bus. Very dangerous for us and the other bus. And the bus is old with bad aircondition. Very unsafe.
And the driver also hit something that we could hear being dragged under the bus. He didn't even stop to look if anything was broken just keep racing.

Anna WClean, and pretty new bus. Aircon 👍-driver, sensible, pushed on in a proper manner to get to destination, lots of toilet stops and curious. Would definitely use again.

Vicki MThe bus left an hour late. Since 12go had not sent the operator my e-mail address (as they said) the operator was not able to inform me in advance. The journey itself was very good with a few more stops than expected as we got nearer to Siem Reap.

Dagmarie TThe Phom Phen office forgot to tell the driver that our stop was Siem Reap, and we ended up at the Thai border. Besides the office forgetting to tell the driver that VERY important detail, the driver was very unhelpful. We tried to communicate with him through our translator (he didn't speak English), but he was REALLY rude. He used his translator to tell us to "get out" at 4 in the morning in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, we contacted our Khamer-speaking Airbnb friend to understand what happened. But in the end, we ended up driving almost 3 hours from Siem Reap. Wait for over an hour and then 3 hours back to Siem Reap.

Senthil KStarted on time bus was full ,had restroom break at 9.30 am and after that had lunch break at 11.45 for 30 minutes. Reached siem reap around 3.15pm.can drive faster .relatively very less traffic in the route,why the need such slow driving I don't know. Seat comfortable, had good leg space.
