Darryn CHad a good experience with the actual transportation, the only exception was when we booked the tickets it mentioned Hotel pickup, which was half of the reason we booked with the operator as we stayed in Chaweng and the pier was the other side of the island.
We never received any communication about the collection from the hotel from the operator so we had to ring them on the morning of the transport to ask about the time, and it was only at that point they told us it wasn't happening and we'd need to make our own way to the pier.
We thought this might happen so we left enough time to get a grab just in case.
When we landed at the offices the staff told us they only collected within a certain distance of the pier, but later on we met with a family who also travelled with the same operator and they informed us they were offered collection from Chaweng.....so not sure what the actual policy is but again outside of that the actual transportations and connections were good and seamless

Heiko ABei theoretischen 3 h Fahrzeit - 3 Stunden Verspätung! Der Bus hat mehrfach angehalten, weitere Passagier und um Pakete mitzunehmen bzw. auszuladen. Dabei wurden Umwege von mehr als 30 km in kauf genommen. Wenn Man zu zweit ist kommt Taxi nicht teurer. Viele Fahrgäste waren stinksauer 😡.

Jose Even though you need to transfer 3 times + a ferry, the whole process was easy. There was always some employee to guide you for the next transfer, and vehicles were comfortable too

Kienna MQuite hectic with bus transfers. Didn’t seem like they had the proper number of vehicles initially and there was lots of confusion about who would be going where and at what time but we made it to proper location on time.
