I booked the Taxi for two pm although my flight was landing at 12.40 pm . They were already waiting for me with my name on the board and we were on the road by 1 pm absolutely awesome service .

The pick up at the train station was poorly organized. Sharing a photo of the location where the car is parked was 100% useless for clients who don’t know the area. I had to share my GPS location to 12go before the driver finds us. The journey itself was fine regardless the traffic jams (independent from 12go).

Taxi was about 20 minutes late while in their conditions it says that they will only wait 15 minutes maximum for the customer if the customer is delayed. It was an electric taxi, his battery was not fully charged and therefor he had to go on and off the gas pedal for the whole ride. Extremely uncomfortable, slow and it made me carsick.
