Die angegebenen Zeiten wurden nicht eingehalten. Statt 10:30 Uhr waren wir um 13:30 Uhr auf Gili Trawangan, da wir in Nusa penida einen 1 stündigen Aufenthalt hatten, über den wir nicht informiert wurden.

Lombok Senggigi Pier -> Banyuwangi Die Reisedauer war angegeben mit 5:30h, gebraucht haben wir 1:30h Speedboot +5h Auto fahrt in einem Kleinwagen + 2h Fähre wofür wir nicht mal Tickets von dem Veranstalter bekommen hatten. Unser Fahrer hat uns diese organisiert weil er auch damit fahren musste. Nach über 9h sind wir spät abends angekommen obwohl unsere Reise 3h vorverlegt wurde von 14 uhr auf 11 uhr Abfahrt waren wir um 21 uhr in Banyuwangi anstatt geplant ca 18 uhr. Man sollte vorher beschreiben wie die Route verläuft. Die angegebene Zeit ist unmöglich zu schaffen da allein die erste Boots fahrt und Autofahrt bereits 1h drüber ist ohne Stau. Unser Fahrer war super freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Wie wurden umgebucht und es war ein großes Durcheinander am Hafen. Niemand wußte richtig bescheid. Das Boot fuhr dann auch nicht wie versprochen um 11 Uhr sondern erst 30 Minuten später.

Sehr bemüht per WhatsApp wurde man kontaktiert über den Van zum Hafen. Auch dort wurde man überall hinbegleitet. Das Boot hatte 30 min Verspätung, wurde aber während der Fahrt aufgeholt und wir waren pünktlich.

Using this connection was a bit stressful. Couldn’t find checkin counter at Gili Air. Contacted Bali Paradiso 2 days before via Whats App - was told then boat had delayed departure time. Also was told to be careful of “naughty” scam drivers at Padang Bai. (They said I needed internet connection at port so driver could contact me) I said make sure driver has my name & booking ref#.

Driver was early/on time and the journey went smoothly, had another duo with us in the car. Only issue I had was because I was in the middle seat I had no head rest, and the seatbelt didn't have anywhere to buckle in. Driver was good felt safe in the car

Good experience, we got picked up 30 mins before the pick up time to ensure we caught the ferry due to traffic. + Comfortable vehicle we were picked up in. + nice cafe next door to booking office with reasonable prices. + enough seating indoors at the port with large fans to help with the heat. + comfortable ferry with good air con and deck chairs upstairs for those who wanted to sunbathe. - had to pay 30,000 IDR per person, not the 10-20,000 as stated on the ticket.

The transfer was 30/40min late, we was supposed to arrive at 10am to Nusa Penida island and we arrived at 11am. Apart from this everything was ok, the ferry is small and very hot inside but i think all boats are the same. Better travel as early as possible because of the sea movement and the wind/waves.

Communication from BaliParadiso/CMP was awful. The night prior to pickup, we received a WhatsApp message saying our originally scheduled 16:00 ferry was canceled due to issues with the boat, so they had to put us on an earlier ferry and pickup time (10:30 pickup instead of 13:30). We accepted that, but the next morning we messaged repeatedly to confirm 10:30 pickup and got no response. I called several times, no response. We waited at pickup for 45 mins, still no response. At this point we believed we were scammed. Also we were trying to coordinate late checkout with our villa since we didn’t know if we could catch the ferry at all. Finally, about 1 hr after scheduled pickup, got a text saying they will instead pick us up at 13:30 and changed our ferry back to original time of 16:00 with Eka Jaya. The driver did end up coming at the new time, but we had to rush there to make the ferry (we showed up with 15 mins to spare, when we were supposed to check in 30 mins prior). When we got there, nobody from Eka Jaya helped clarify the route or baggage help. Instead, people wearing Eka Jaya shirts offered to help and took our bags to the boat, but then hassled us for money telling us to give them 150k IDR for walking our bags over. We would have taken them ourselves if we knew they weren’t helping as a service by Eka Jaya. Then on the ferry we were CONSTANTLY harassed by staff to get a taxi ride with them, even when we said multiple times that we have a ride. We almost got off the boat at the wrong pier because they never announced at any point that we were not yet at Bangsal and instead stopping at gili first. Overall such a disappointment and was a confusing and frustrating experience from start to finish. Would not recommend booking with BaliParadiso/CMP/EkaJaya. Save yourself the stress. The only good thing from the whole experience was the driver that finally picked us up was nice and the van was comfy.

Would not recommend purchasing via 12Go. The listed operator was another agency "Bali Paradiso." They do not have a counter at the ferry terminal nor any listed contact info. I had to check every operator to see if they had my reservation. Good thing I arrived early to deal with that mess

I was messaged the day before the departure that I was going to have to pay an extra 100k idr which I was not too happy about. I wanted to cancel the trip but was left now choice since cancelling was impossible. So I was forced to pay an extra fee which btw is complete bullshit. There is no way that the original cost doesn’t cover the operational costs (which is why they told me they needed the extra money). Then when I got into the car the taxi driver really wanted to take me shopping. Being really pushy and also lying about prices etc. Telling me Sulawesi is more expensive than Bali and how 100k is a good price for coffee lol. Overall a bad experience considering how I paid a premium price even before the extra fee and had a scammer as driver. He was also talking shit about the people in Java (I had been in Java before and only had a great time).

We had booked a mini bus + ferry transport from Ubud to Nusa Lembongan, departing at 9:30am with pickup from our hotel. We did this instead of booking just the ferry to make sure we would arrive on time, as Bali traffic can be eventful. We were told the night before to meet our driver at 8:30am in the city center, all that was unexpected. Then we were told by the driver to meet him in the city center at 8am! So 1:30 hours earlier than what we had booked, and without pickup… we had to negotiate with him for the pickup at the hotel, with additional charge involved. We arrived at Sanur harbour before 9am, with the boat leaving at 11am. Overall a 4 hours long trip that should have taken 2 hours max. The transportation was okay, even the boat thanks to good weather, but this isn’t what we had booked at all and we had to slightly change plans last minute. The other couple that was in the car with us were supposed to arrive at their destination at 10am, instead they were told by the driver who was nice but laughing at them that their boat would leave at 10am and arrive at 11am at destination. This isn’t what they had booked too, at least they didn’t have to pay additional charge for the pickup. Overall everything was fine but you should be aware that what you book will most likely not be exactly what you will get.

The driver was half an hour early at the meeting point. So were we and all other passengers. This was excellent as we could leave early and there was so much traffic that the extra half hour was good to have. Driver was a good driver and very friendly and patient.

I find it a bit pricey. They informed me the boat was scheduled an hour early which ruined by earlier day plans. It was fine because this was part of the disclaimer in the fine print. However, I was no longer able to use the included land pick up. It was a good thing the ferry was late because I was late in arriving at the harbor. Glad they were flexible that instead of taking the ship from Sanur, I took it from Padangbai. So it all worked out well.

I was instructed to take a boat from Bangsal Harbour, as the Senggigi–Padang route was not operating, even though tickets were still being sold (which felt misleading). Upon arrival in Bangsal, I had to spend quite some time clarifying with staff that my tour operator had rescheduled my trip. After several calls, it became clear that my operator had never sent the ticket in PDF form—neither to me nor to the new operator responsible for booking my seat. Once that was finally resolved, the fast boat to Padang Bay was delayed by about 25 minutes. To round off the day, upon arrival in Padang Bay we had to remain on the boat for another 40 minutes due to “traffic” in the harbour, as passengers could only disembark from one boat at a time. In the end, I did make it to my destination, but the journey fell far short of expectations.

We payed a lot for a fast boat from Senggigi directly to Padangbai at 10.30 in the morning. The trip would take 1.5 hours. Just 1 day before they rescedules to another boat at another harbour, 40 minutes away (bangsal) at 9.00. And the boat stopped at all the gilli’s allong the way. Took 3 hours. No compensation, nothing. We were not happy. But we made it across😃.

The van that took us to the harbour was quite comfortable. The boat not so much, we paid more for a more comfortable trip and it was really bad. The boat shipped with more than 30 minutes of delay and the trip took us more than 40 minutes in a hot and uncomfortable boat, where the air vents we're not working.
