S-PASS is still suspended and is no longer required to be presented for travel to Bohol.

b. Official Vaccination Card with QR Code. If without QR Code, present the Official Vaccination Certification issued by the
Local Health Officer of the LGU concerned or Vaccination Certification issued by the Department of Health.
c. Traze App & Approved S-Pass Travel Coordination Permit (For entry purposes at PPA Ormoc Port)

Negative RT-PCR taken 72 hours prior to arrival
Negative Antigen test taken 48 hours prior to arrival
Negative Saliva test taken 48 hours prior to arrival

Fully vaccinated passengers are those who already had their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine for two (2) weeks or more,
if the vaccine given requires 2 doses.
We strongly advise passengers to contact the local government offices of both their origin point and their final destination on travel requirements,
such as mandated documents or health certifications. These requirements differ from province to province, and are revised and updated constantly
in line with the anti-COVID-19 arrangements of each locality.
