Cebu to Tagbilaran

FOR FULLY VACCINATED (2 weeks after the second dose)

  1. Vaccination Card/ Vaccination Certificate
  2. Valid Identification document (Government-Issued ID)

FOR PARTIALLY VACCINATED & UNVACCINATED

  1. Negative RT-PCR Test Result (taken 72 hours prior to departure)
  2. Valid Identification document (Government-Issued ID)

Note:

  • 11 years old and below are exempted from RT-PCR testing but must be accompanied by either fully vaccinated parent/s or guardian/s.
  • S-PASS is still suspended and is no longer required to be presented for travel to Bohol.

  1. Medical Certificate certifying that the passenger does not exhibit symptoms of the COVID-19 disease at the point of origin.
    Also, the medical certificate should be issued within twenty-four (24) hours immediately before arrival in Cebu.

  1. A COVID-19 Domestic Vaccination Card or Vaccination Certificate duly certified by a City/Municipal Health Office of the LGU or
    the Department of Health, Department of Information Communications Technology or any qualified national or forein gov't agency.

For non-vaccinated passengers:

  1. Negative RT-PCR test result or Rapid Antigen taken 72 hours prior to travel

  1. For Cebu City residents, passengers are required to present a Valid Identification document (Government-Issued ID ) / proof of identity bearing holder's picture and signature;
    and any of the following documents:

For Fully Vaccinated individuals:
a. Valid Identification document (Government-Issued ID) / proof of identity bearing holder's picture and signature; and
b. Official Vaccination Card with QR Code. If without QR Code, present the Official Vaccination Certification issued by the
Local Health Officer of the LGU concerned or Vaccination Certification issued by the Department of Health.
c. Traze App & Approved S-Pass Travel Coordination Permit (For entry purposes at PPA Ormoc Port)

For Unvaccinated or Incompletely Vaccinated individuals:
a. Valid Identification document (Government-Issued ID) / proof of identity bearing holder's picture and signature; and any of the following documents:

  • Negative RT-PCR taken 72 hours prior to arrival
  • Negative Antigen test taken 48 hours prior to arrival
  • Negative Saliva test taken 48 hours prior to arrival
    b. Traze App & Approved S-Pass Travel Coordination Permit (For entry purposes at PPA Ormoc Port)

Fully vaccinated passengers are those who already had their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine for two (2) weeks or more,
if the vaccine given requires 2 doses.
We strongly advise passengers to contact the local government offices of both their origin point and their final destination on travel requirements,
such as mandated documents or health certifications. These requirements differ from province to province, and are revised and updated constantly
in line with the anti-COVID-19 arrangements of each locality.
