Very good trip.

The meeting point changed the same day and communicated by email. It was supposed to leave at 8pm and we did it at 9 pm. It was supposed the bus would take us in Chiang Mai to our hotels but the driver didn't have a clue about it. Overall: good price and good bus.

Booked a bus from Chiang Mai to Bangkok through 12goAsia. We were told there was issues with the bus (untrustworthy company) and tickets had been arranged for the train. The company paid the additional costs at no additional costs to ourselves. We are happy with the instructions given from the 12goAsia and the communication with them.

They search company of Chiangmai to Bangkok bus company.it was very bad company.they Chenge my resavation bus to train.its no more money.they are so kind company.actually I didn't them email.and I could not take that train.later they back my resavation money.i really happy.i like them.one day I ll use them company certainly.so thank you very much.

We booked a VIP over night bus from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. 1 day before departure, we got the info that the bus company was not trustworthy and they booked us on the night train instead. We could only get the ticket on the departure day up to 30 mins before the train would leave. We were in a hurry then, since we had a booked tour that day. We arrived about 45 minutes before departure to get the information that the ticket was now fully refunded and we have to buy a new one now at the counter, because allegedly we should have gotten the ticket at least 1hr before, contrary to what the email said. It worked out in the end, luckily, but this was all very stressful and very short term prior to the train departure. 12goasia seems to take effort in caring for their customers, however the information was not completely accurate and on very short notice. Train ride was good though. Just as expected, 2nd class sleeper.

Overall, the trip is very good, however, the seat is not very comfortable

Due to a problem with the bus company, we got into a bus by another company. While the incident was not in their power and handled professionally, the replacement was not as comfortable as the original bus. The drive was delayed by an hour, and the food offered to make up for it contained meat, no veggie option. Overall i am still satisfied and recommend travelling with 12Go!

At the meeting point we had the chance to see all the type of buses. We had the worst one . This was NOT a VIP bus. On the 30 minutes bus stop, we had food offered by the company. So bad we didn't eat and bought some food next door. And for the ferry, it wasn't this type of ferry described on the itinerary. Well won't do it again .

We almost stayed in the parking lot because of a payment problem between the bus company and 12.goasia..... but that's not our problem. ...so we were 1h30 late for departure.

Great price for all the service you get, great bus from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, comfortable, dinner break , the only small thing was that no one told me I had a meal with my ticket. But I had already taken a lunch with me.

Didn't go directly toKrabi. We stopped in Surathani and had to wait the next bus

Good organization, not many people on the bus, but a midnight meal stop for a 5:45pm departure from the port with a small packet of 4 cookies offered...that's a long time to wait for a meal taken in a giant canteen on the double...awful food! We had to buy chips to keep the kids happy. Arrived in Bangkok on time despite incessant rain.

Very prompt, easy transfers. Would be 5* but some of the transfer busses were not the best. Arrived ahead of schedule too

The bus was rekativ empty, so I had plenty of room. There was a small water, cookies and a blanket. All things I had not expected. In the morning at half past two we stopped somewhere at a kind of rest stop and there was rice soup and other things to stir in. Weird time and weird food. Then later we stopped somewhere and some people got off, but to us there was never info what was happening. A total of 13.5 hours on the road and 1 hour late started.

We paid a lot of money, so we expected to have a good bus. And the managing was fine, we went from Hua Lamphong to Khaosan road, directly to Ko Samui, with the ferry and a free bus to the hotel. That was ok. But the one thing, that left us speechless was the bad state of the bus. It was an old bus, dirt everywhere. The blanket for the night felt as never laundred before. The meal we had at night was interesting, but we couldn't eat anything of this. We really felt kidded.

It was nice, a little bit of information would be nice before leaving

For the price it's okay, but the food it's not good and they wake you up at midnight to eat.

A bit of a scramble to get on as no seats allocated and wanted to sit next to partner. Water and cookies given and the wifi worked well. Seats went back quite far.

Clean, on-time bus, with wifi to keep you busy for most of the journey. Sleep is still hard to come by, however.

Great trip and comfortable

All went very well. Its a serious company, no problems at all. the bus is not VIP but it was ok. Water and a snack included and the transport to the hostel om Koh Samui. Terrible smell out of the toilet after a few hours drive, but mightbe ok je you dont sit next to it. I defenately recommend travelling with the company.

We had a great trip. Free water, cookies, and meal which we weren't expecting. The bus was only half full so everyone had loads of space to stretch out and sleep. We left bang on time and arrived bang on time. The only suggestion I'd make is to stop for food at like 11pm rather than 2am , as it would save waking everyone up for 20 mins in the middle of the night. Other than that though, this was the best bus ride we've had yet in Thailand.

I took a bus from Trang to Bangkok a few days before and it was much more comfortable and practical all around while the price and distance were about the same. Toilets were very simple with a bucket of water to flush.But mostly the shock absorbers must have been pretty bad : the bus was leaning strongly on the left, then on the right, it really looked like the bus was going to end up on its side, especially in the beginning of the trip (in the morning it wasn't really the case anymore, but I don't remember us stopping by a garage). There was no movie during the trip so it wasn't loud inside.

REALY worth your money. My trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai was amazing and fast. The seats are comfortable and recline, full darkness for overnight bus, wifi, and air conditioner! Super friendly staff and mini snack provided

The service was good, staring at 12go office where they let us wait till the bus company pick us up. The bus is ok but not VIP for sure. The seats are very uncomfy. The drivers were nice and I have to say that after my experience in Asia, they aren't nice. Food was included and ready on the table when we stopped.

The whole Trip was very comfy!!! The very ferry was really huge and on time at the pier where the bus was already waiting for us. Everything was well organized! We even arrived one hour before we actually had to! Definetly are very cheap alternative to an expensive flight! Absolutely recommandable!!

Blankets could be more clean and new. Seats could be larger and lean back more. Wifi and/or usd could be as well.

Ferry was very good and fast. Whenwe arrived the mainland the bus to bangkok was alerady waiting. Also the bus war very good. The seats are not perfect, but definitly okay. I really recommend this!

Food wasnt good. The drivers also came with a friend who drove with US. He was very drunk. There was one stop with free food, that wasnt good. One of the drivers slept in the toilet after they changed. We were dropped off in Bangkok at 5 instead of 6 very impolite. In about 15 seconds we had to leave the bus. Our luggage was already in the Street.

Gave me cookies, water and blanket. Knocked out the whole trip back to Bangkok.

For the amount asked I expect more from a "VIP" bus. Seats didn't lean back all that much, no wifi, no usb. I'd go with a different company next time. It's especially disappointing given that it cost more than other, superior, buses.

Seats comfortable enough. Early morning meal was good. Complimentary water and snacks appreciated. Got little sleep as two passengers two seats behind kept talking until last 2 hours of trip. When travelling please take concern of other passengers into account.

No wifi, no charge, 2 hours delay.

Departure on time, but lots of lights weren't working. A stop at 2:15 am makes no sense. Brutal braking at times. But comfort was good enough

Pros - easy to locate, cheap, free midnight snack at a roadside stop, blanket included (the air conditioning stays on the entire trip). Cons - AC stays on the entire way and it's cold. Driver made frequent bathroom breaks on the side of the road, drunk people making noise for a good portion if the ride.

Bumpy ride but ok , would use again as was cheap. Snacks included !

As a user has written before, is exactly true: ViP booked for more space, but still very tight! Food check-in at 1 o'clock in the morning with at least 6 other buses at tables of 6; there was rice soup with various ingredients to stir in; very unusual- The only really positive: Bus driver and service was funny and nice".

It's an ok trip for the money. Don't expect much but to get to destination.

Stopping for dinner at 2.30 is silly. Also when you book a VIP bus you expect a proper sleeping one

Good trip for the price. Airco was to cold, take your vest or jackets with u! Or freeze to dead. Enough space and oppurtinity to sleep.

Bus was fine and comfy but we got 1h late to destination

Great communication. a member of the staff informed us from the beginning what the journey would be like. they provided water and cookies at the beginning and later on stopped for food which they also provided. I personally didn't eat the food as it didn't look very tasty but I was given the option to get a juice and cookies instead which I did. The bus was not the most comfortable.

Nothing to complain about

Well organized! Worth the money... It would have been a 4- to 5-star service if it wasn't for a broken seat on an overnight-10-hour bus journey, Apart from that, I would say all went well. Like most of transportation means in Asia, maintenance and cleaninnes are not a priority! A shame....

Good welcome and timing respected. The bus was clean and relatively comfortable for sleeping. The dinner break could have been better.
