Production support engineer

Main responsibilities:

  • Study of the system operation, its monitoring. Knowledge of specific settings, understanding of the database;
  • Understanding the logic of individual components and in general;
  • Good orientation in documentation and tasks. Maintaining documentation, updating;
  • Analysis of incoming requests, identification of system errors. Solving problems with the system settings or with the help of developers;
  • Description of bugs and new tasks;
  • Independent analysis of system logs and data in order to detect problems;
  • Monitoring the performance and usability of issued features.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT system support;
  • SQL;
  • Jira, Confluence;
  • High level of responsibility and focus on results;
  • Knowledge of English for written communication.

Nice to have:

  • Grafana;
  • PHP at the code reading level is desirable;
  • Task testing;
  • Business/System analytics.
