Production support engineer
Main responsibilities:
- Study of the system operation, its monitoring. Knowledge of specific settings, understanding of the database;
- Understanding the logic of individual components and in general;
- Good orientation in documentation and tasks. Maintaining documentation, updating;
- Analysis of incoming requests, identification of system errors. Solving problems with the system settings or with the help of developers;
- Description of bugs and new tasks;
- Independent analysis of system logs and data in order to detect problems;
- Monitoring the performance and usability of issued features.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT system support;
- SQL;
- Jira, Confluence;
- High level of responsibility and focus on results;
- Knowledge of English for written communication.
Nice to have:
- Grafana;
- PHP at the code reading level is desirable;
- Task testing;
- Business/System analytics.
